I have always had a positive experience at the Alexandra Hospital, as a patient and as a carer of someone else visiting the hospital.
Your staff are fantastic, such a wonderful group of people, always customer/patient focused and always in good spirits!

I was an extremely nervous patient. The theatre staff were excellent and put me at ease. All the staff from receptionist to nurse were friendly, helpful and reassuring.
Nothing was ever too much trouble.
I would always select the Alexandra for any treatment that I require now or in the future.

I have had to attend The Alexander Hospital twice in 2022 for two different problems.
Both times all the staff have been wonderful from Reception to theatre staff all were helpful & patient. This means so much at a time when attending a hospital can be a worrying & nervous experience for the patient.
